Recap

Thanks to all of you who braved the freezing weather to attend our meeting last night. Boy, was it cold!

Thanks to David Clark for the chicken demonstration (very enlightening) and to Janet for the yummy chicken dishes. I have a favorite, but I won't tell you which one.

Are we inspired yet?

We didn't get a chance to go over our grocery lists to see what we could cut from our "convenience" side. Let's plan on that next time, shall we?

Instructions for the dehydrated refried beans:

Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. Add 1 cup dried bean flakes. Stir. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
