Hope everyone is enjoying Spring Break - we are having a great time with family in Tennessee. I came across this, which once again reminded me our food supply is fragile.

Sexton foods has boneless, skinless chicken breasts for $1.49/lb right now in case anyone is interested.
When does the sale end? I won't be back until Sunday night and would love to can some - will it be on sale thru Tuesday?
